A Few of the Dads’ Favorite Things

The Father-Daughter Dance is a time-honored event celebrated by many Nerinx families. I saw the dance as an opportunity to ask the fathers of the Nerinx community what they like about our beloved school. They offered a variety of answers and gave insight to what outsiders think about Nerinx. I asked only one question: “What is your favorite thing about Nerinx Hall?” Many of their responses are quoted below.

The students. When I say, ‘welcome to paradise’, it’s not the building I’m talking about; it’s the students.

— Steve Kuensting, Freshman Dad/Science Teacher

The students, without a doubt. They’re brilliant. It’s fun teaching people who want to learn.

— Tom Hunt, Freshman Dad/Art Teacher
